Shipping & Return Policy
Shipping
Most orders ship within 1–5 business days, though lead times may vary based on product availability, order volume, or special handling requirements.
Shipping costs are quoted individually. Pricing depends on the size, weight, and destination of the shipment. Final shipping charges are provided once a quote is requested.
Customers may choose to have shipments billed directly to their FedEx, UPS, DHL, or other carrier accounts. Standard carrier rates are also available.
Oversized, fragile, or HAZMAT items may require custom freight arrangements. Our team will assist with these logistics.
International buyers are fully responsible for all customs duties, taxes, tariffs, and import clearance fees.
Damaged Items & Issues
All deliveries must be inspected upon receipt.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at sales@businessjetparts.com within 24 hours of delivery and provide photographs so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Returns
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery, provided this was clearly stated and agreed upon during the transaction.
Returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 10%, depending on the item.
To qualify, the item must be in the same condition as received, with original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Unauthorized returns, or items that are damaged, tampered with, or altered, may be refused.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be available if additional stock exists.
The fastest way to secure a replacement part is to request a return and place a new order once the return is authorized.
Core Returns
Certain components may be sold on a core return basis.
Core return terms, pricing, and acceptance will be determined on a case-by-case basis once you contact us.
Warranty
Unless otherwise stated, all items are sold as-is and in the condition noted at time of sale.
Some parts may include a limited 60–90 day serviceability warranty when explicitly indicated in the listing.
If a product carries an OEM or transferable manufacturer warranty, this will be disclosed at the time of sale.
Warranty coverage does not extend to damage from improper installation, mishandling, or unauthorized modifications.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain categories, including electrical components, hazardous materials, flammable items, or special-order/custom parts, are non-returnable.
Exceptions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification.
Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with original packaging and proof of purchase.
