Shipping Policy

Processing & Lead Times

Most orders ship within 1–5 business days after confirmation.

Lead times may vary depending on part availability, order volume, or special handling requirements.

Custom orders or specialized items may require additional time; buyers will be notified during the quoting process.

Shipping Methods & Carrier Accounts

Shipping costs are calculated per order and provided when you request a quote.

Customers may choose to have shipments billed directly to their FedEx, UPS, DHL, or other carrier accounts. Standard carrier rates are also available.

Oversized, fragile, or HAZMAT items may require custom freight arrangements. Our logistics team will assist in coordinating these shipments.

Packaging Standards

All parts are professionally packaged using industry-grade materials to ensure safe transit.

Certain items (such as avionics or large structural components) may require special crating or reinforced packaging. Any additional packaging costs will be disclosed in advance.

Domestic & International Shipping

Domestic shipments (U.S.) generally ship via FedEx or UPS Ground/Air unless otherwise arranged.

International buyers are fully responsible for all customs duties, taxes, tariffs, and import clearance fees.

Business Jet Parts cannot guarantee delivery times for international shipments due to customs clearance processes.

Delivery Inspection

Buyers must inspect shipments immediately upon delivery.

Any damage, shortage, or incorrect items must be reported to sales@businessjetparts.com within 24 hours of delivery, with photographs provided.

Split Shipments & Partial Orders

Business Jet Parts may ship orders in multiple boxes or partial shipments if necessary. Buyers will be notified, and freight costs may be billed separately depending on the shipment.

Restricted Destinations

Certain parts may be subject to U.S. export control regulations (ITAR/EAR).

Business Jet Parts reserves the right to decline or cancel shipments to destinations prohibited by applicable law.

Insurance

Shipping insurance is available upon request. Unless insurance is purchased, all shipments are transported at the buyer’s risk once they are released to the carrier.

Customer Responsibility

Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Business Jet Parts is not liable for delays or misdelivery resulting from incorrect details provided during the checkout process or quote submission.

Delays & Liability

Business Jet Parts is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or force majeure events (including weather, strikes, or government restrictions).

Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer once the carrier accepts the shipment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
